Receptionist & Administrator
Mel joined the team in 2009 as PhysiOptima’s receptionist and has many years of experience in clinic administration. Mel is responsible for supporting the Directors in their organisation and administrative roles, as well as communicating with patients, insurance companies and dealing with the booking of appointments.
