I was having some real problems with my legs, I went to see Kristin at PhysiOptima, I am back running, and regularly competing in 10K races, and have recently completed a half marathon.

I find Rachel to be an excellent Pilates instructor. The small group size, a maximum of 4, means she has time to concentrate on individual needs.
